Including speaker Grau's presentation on characterizing Parshall Field's Bakken reservoir, twelve new research papers were presented and discussed at the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists' sponsored 2011 fall symposium, "Bakken-Three Forks Petroleum System in the Williston Basin."

Together with fellow researchers Robert Sterling, Richard Bottjer and Peter Dea of Cirque Resources, Grau's presentation and study focused on Parshall Field's history, characteristics and production.
