China-based Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (LN: GDG), which is on the verge of stepping up commercial coalbed methane (CBM) production, has devised an upstream-to-vehicle fuel business model that should propel strong earnings, according to analysts at Jeffries Hong Kong Limited.
