Progress Energy Resources Corp., Calgary, (TSX: PRQ) has executed a binding framework agreement to create a strategic partnership with the Malaysian national oil company, Petronas, to develop a portion of Progress' Montney shale assets in the Foothills of northeast British Columbia.
