Legacy Reserves LP announced fourth quarter and 2011 annual results.

Production increased 36% to 13,071 Boe per day in 2011 from 9,611 Boe per day in 2010.

Legacy’s oil production increased by 26% from 2010 to 2011. The company’s natural gas production increased by 70% from 2010 to 2011.

Average realized prices, excluding commodity derivatives settlements, were $70.61 per Boe in 2011, up 14% from $61.68 per Boe in 2010.
