Imperial Resources Inc., Austin, Texas, (OTCBB: IPRC) has reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas Inc. has completed the acquisition of the salt water disposal facility located in the heart of the Barnett Shale in Texas.
