RCW Energy Services Acquires K-Flow Water Transfer Business

RCW Energy Services has entered the water transfer business with its acquisition of Kilgore, TX based K-Flow. K-Flow provides water transfer services to facilitate drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations by pumping water directly to the well site.

Headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, RCW Energy Services provides a variety of solutions to the oil and gas industry. RCW Energy Services is a Zackat company. Zackat provides growth capital, technology innovation and management expertise to its portfolio companies.

“This transaction strengthens RCW’s position in the Eagle Ford, Woodbine and Haynesville shale plays,” said Richard Roberson, CEO of RCW. “We are excited about acquiring K-Flow and its experienced team.”

RCW has appointed Brian Green, current General Manager of K-Flow to Senior Vice President and General Manager, Water Transfer Division of RCW Energy Services and has hired Patrick Marburger as Senior Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Marburger brings with him over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
