Antelope Oil Tool & Manufacturing Co. LLC said March 10 that it developed the single-piece, heat-treated steel CentraMax series design for cementing operations. CentraMax is currently in use in onshore and offshore wells, the company added.
CentraMax improves efficiency by maximizing standoff percentage while reducing drag with minimal impact on flow area and equivalent circulating density. It also allows the centralizer to pass through tight spots without compromising standoff.
Houston-based Antelope Oil Tool & Manufacturing Co. LLC provides centralization and cementation equipment for the domestic and international oil and gas industry.
