CFO Terry E. Sanford has passed away, Arabella Exploration Inc. said April 21.
"We are deeply saddened at Terry's passing," CEO Jason Hoisager said. "We offer the sincerest condolences of the entire Arabella team to his family and wish them the best during this difficult time."
Hoisager will be interim CFO while a search is conducted for Sanford's replacement, the company said.
Arabella Exploration Inc. is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
