Black Bison Water Services LLC has closed its acquisition of a salt water disposal (SWD) facility from Quality Environmental Technologies located near Gillette, Wyo. in the Powder River Basin.
Prior to this acquisition, Black Bison acquired the Reed SWD Facility near Recluse, Wyo. In addition, Black Bison has acquired the property for what will be the LeMay SWD Facility, approximately 50 miles south of Gillette on Highway 59, and a permit application is pending with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.
The company is based in Chicago.
