Oil and natural gas production equipment manufacturer Cimarron Energy closed the acquisition of all the assets of Diverse Energy Systems, a production, processing and environmental equipment provider, Cimarron said Feb. 1.
Sales and field service will be available for upstream and midstream customers in the Marcellus and Utica, Midcontinent, Permian, Eagle Ford, Rockies and Bakken.
Employees from both companies were combined as part of Cimarron’s plan to create a single-source supplier of equipment and services, which will also serve select international markets.
There are gas processing units, treaters, separators, sand traps, storage and bullet tanks for production. Gas dehydration, gas sweetening systems, scrubbers and water treatment are available for processing.
LACT units are available for measurement and custody transfer; and vapor recovery towers, vapor recovery units, enclosed combustors, flares and ignition systems are available for vapor handling.
There are jet pumps, steam flood EOR, water flood and water flood systems for artificial lift and there are vapor recovery units and generator sets for rental.
John U. Clarke, Cimarron’s chairman, is also a partner with the company’s equity sponsor, Turnbridge Capital LLC.
Cimarron Energy is based in Norman, Okla.
Diverse Energy Systems is based in Houston.
