Founded in 2005, INTEVRAS™ Technologies, LLC is a privately held developer and owner of a patented suite of innovative technologies for water purification, remediation and process improvement. Included within the company's core products are the EVRAS evaporative reduction and solidification system and the INTEGRA automated disk filtration system. Both technologies are highly differentiated as compared to their competitive alternatives and each fills one or more voids in the industrial marketplace. Headquartered in Austin, TX, INTEVRAS™ has a satellite office in Sacramento, CA. In July 2010, the assets of Intevras Technologies were acquired by the Layne Christensen Company (NASDAQ LAYN). The Intevras team is proud to be part of the Layne organization.
