Description
Bison Oil & Gas LLC has applied for drilling permits for eight horizontal Niobrara tests in the Denver-Julesburg Basin from a common drillpad in Arapahoe County, Colo. The drillpad will be in Section 28-4s-64w and the well will be drilled to the east and will bottom in Section 27. The wells are #4-64 28A-27-1; #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 and #8 Tebo. They will be drilled eastward to bottom-hole locations in Section 27 and the total depths range from 17,108 ft to 17,723 ft. The drillpad offsets to the north a ConocoPhillips-operated horizontal Niobrara producer at #29-2H Tebo in Section 28-4s-68w, which was completed in 2014 flowing 534 bbl of oil, 495 Mcf of gas and 436 bbl of water per day. Production is from a lateral drilled to the west to 12,436 ft with a bottom-hole location in Section 29-4s-64w. Bison’s headquarters are in Denver.
