EIV Capital completed its $40 million investment commitment to CAM Integrated Solutions, a new engineering, procurement and construction management company, which it formed, the private-equity firm said Feb. 10.
CAM will provide engineering services for E&Ps’ midstream tie-ins from the wellhead to main header and gathering systems. This will include well pad facilities, gathering systems, pipelines and compression and pump stations. CAM will design, develop and construct the midstream assets.
Craig Pierrotti, its CEO, and Mitch Stamper lead CAM. Prior to founding CAM, Pierrotti was executive vice president for CH2M’s oil, gas and chemicals, and Stamper was a facilities engineering manager for East Texas and North Louisiana at Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC).
EIV Capital LLC and CAM Integrated Solutions LLC are both based in Houston.
