Energy & Exploration Partners Inc. (ENXP) has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. A portion of the shares will be issued and sold by ENXP and a portion will be sold by certain stockholders of ENXP.
Citigroup, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering.
ENXP is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
