Canada’s Cardinal Energy Ltd. has declared an April dividend of CA$0.06 (US$0.044) per common share. The dividend will be paid on May 15 to shareholders of record by April 30.
The oil and gas company’s board said the dividend will be payable in cash and has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
