Galenfeha Inc., (OTC: GLFH) completed the acquisition of Daylight Pumps LLC, the company said March 26.
The increased accuracy of Daylight Pumps’ chemical injection pump systems reduces chemical contamination in the oil and gas production process, and controls chemical cost and waste, Galenfeha said.
Galenfeha’s production will move to its manufacturing and distribution facility in Shreveport, La.
The chemical injection market share in the U.S. and North America is about $1 billion per year.
Fort Worth, Texas-based Galenfeha markets and sells the chemical injection systems directly and through national distribution partners.
Daylight Pumps LLC is based in Alma, Ark.
