Geodynamics Inc. acquired Connor Oil Tools, David Wesson, Geodynamics’ president and CEO, said May 18. Saginaw, Texas-based Connor Oil Tools manufactures bridge plugs, setting tools and cement retainers.
The acquisition represents a natural extension of Geodynamics’ Legacy Oil Tools subsidiary and gives the company additional manufacturing capabilities in the greater Fort Worth, Texas, area, Wesson added.
Legacy’s well intervention product range will now include Connor products, he said.
