Kicking Horse Energy Inc. appointed Jeff Leitl as vice president of land, the company said June 26.
Leitl has more than 25 years’ experience in land, business and negotiations. For the past year he has been a consultant to Kicking Horse, the company said. Prior to joining the company he spent 10 years as vice president of land and business development for private and public oil and gas companies.
Leitl was issued 175,000 stock options, priced at $3.85 each, in the stock option plan.
Calgary, Alberta-based Kicking Horse Energy Inc. develops liquids-rich Montney Formation natural gas.
