The board of directors at spoolable reinforced thermoplastic pipe manufacturer Polyflow LLC appointed Jim Moore as CEO, the company said May 26. Previously, Moore was COO, the company said.
“After a period of focusing on improvements to Polyflow’s Thermoflex pipe systems and the expansion of our manufacturing capacity, we’re excited to have Jim Moore lead Polyflow into its next chapter,” said Paul McDermott, a member of Polyflow’s board of directors. “With oil and gas prices stabilizing, operators are looking for partners that can bring efficiency and reliability to their operations and we think Jim’s background makes him an excellent fit for these times.”
Prior to joining Polyflow, Moore was a consultant for manufacturing companies.
He also was CEO of PolyPipe Inc., which was purchased by Dura-Line Holdings.
“I am honored to be granted the opportunity to lead Polyflow at this vital time. Our premium pipe technology provides us with a unique opportunity to shape the future of upstream and midstream operations,” said Moore. “I look forward to maintaining the strong foundation we have already built at Polyflow, and expanding that to drive sustainable and profitable growth in the years ahead.”
Polyflow LLC is based in Oaks, Pa., and has a manufacturing and service facility in Midland, Texas.
