Parsley Energy Inc. (NYSE: PE) formed a dedicated corporate development department and appointed Mike Hinson as the vice president of corporate development, effective July 1, the company said June 24.
Previously, Hinson was the company’s vice president. Now, as vice president of corporate development, he will lead the A&D activities.
Additionally, Parsley appointed Stephanie Reed as its vice president of land, also effective July 1.
Bryan Sheffield, president, CEO and chairman, said that Reed had joined the company in its early days and recently was the investor relations manager.
Parsley Energy Inc. is based in Austin, Texas.
