Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. completed two offsetting Delaware Basin horizontal wells in Section 32-22s-33e in Lea County, N.M. IHS Markit reported that #201H Leghorn 32 State flowed 2.6 Mbbl of 43-degree-gravity oil, 5.35 MMcf of gas and 1.58 Mbbl of water per day from Bone Spring at 9,560-14,067 ft following 20-stage fracturing. Drilled to 14,230 ft, 9,049 ft true vertical, the flowing casing pressure was 567 psi when tested on an open choke. The lateral bottomed about one mile to the southeast in Section 33. The offsetting #501H Foghorn 32 State Com is producing from a Second Bone Spring interval at 11,091-15,469 ft. It was tested flowing 1.06 Mbbl of 42-degree-gravity oil, 1.263 MMcf of gas and 2.436 Mbbl of water per day. Gauged on an open choke, the flowing casing pressure was 319 psi. A one-mile long lateral bottomed to the south in Section 32. It was drilled to 15,720 ft, 10,922 ft true vertical. Both wells will be placed in Red Lake East Field.
