Sanchez Production Partners LP detailed first-quarter 2015 production results May 15. The quarter ended March 31.
During the quarter, 324 thousand barrels of oil equivalent (Mboe), for average net production of 3,596 boe/d. This amount is lower than first-quarter 2014’s production, the company said.
About 19% of the total production was 687 bbl/d of net oil and liquids. This is 24% lower than first-quarter 2014’s production.
Operating costs averaged $39.63/boe. These costs included lease operating expenses, production taxes and general and administrative (G&A) expenses. Some of the G&A costs $5.3 million of nonrecurring items, including the Eagle Ford acreage acquisition, and the company’s conversion to a limited partnership.
No new wells or recompletions occurred during the quarter, the company said.
