The company plans to adhere to a 60-day resting period on all wells throughout the delineation phase.

The most notable geological features of this region are the Lower Huron (Devonian) shale at a relatively shallow drill depth (3200 to 5000 feet) and Marcellus shale, with Utica shale lying at deeper levels underneath.

The Aquatech acquisition will immediately expand the network from three to five central water management facilities located in Franklin, Josephine, Creekside, Rouseville and Tioga, establishing an "end-to-end" network for producers in the Marcellus and Utica shale region.

Covering about 15 million acres, the Utica is more of a liquids play ? and it has a good mix of hydrocarbons. It’s only a few thousand feet below the Marcellus, which is considered a dry gas play. The Utica is about one-third dry gas, one-third crude oil and one-third natural gas liquids.

The recent rise in natural gas prices may enable the Denver-based company to initiate a plan of development which will include completing coals currently behind pipe, working over existing wells and drilling our permitted locations.

Triad Hunter LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is operating the well and owns 100% working interest in this drilling unit.
