In 2013, Rosetta Resources completed its acquisition of a new core area in the Delaware Basin, and this year it plans to drill some two dozen horizontal Wolfcamp wells on those properties. The company has lots afoot in the Permian, including testing various prospective benches in the Wolfcamp, assessing its Bone Spring potential, and also assessing another new area in Gaines County in the Midland Basin.
