Rangeland Energy II is targeting opportunities in the emerging shale plays and more traditional crude oil producing areas across the country, striving to become the first choice of small and medium-size producers for midstream solutions. In southeast New Mexico, the firm is developing its RIO System, which consists of a large terminal facility designed to handle crude oil, frack sand and other products and the RIO Pipeline to bring crude oil to market centers in Midland, Texas.
