Oil and gas production chemical provider WadeCo Specialties Inc. acquired Escudero Chemicals LLC, the company said Oct. 2.
WadeCo is a portfolio company of private-equity firm Hastings Equity Partners, and Escudero provides production chemicals and services to customers in the Permian and Illinois basins.
Riveron Consulting LLC and Sand River Capital Advisors LLC provided advisory services. Locke Lord LLP was legal counsel for WadeCo’s shareholders.
WadeCo Specialties Inc. is based in Midland, Texas.
