Aethon Energy Operating LLC appointed on Feb. 1 Lola Oyewole to chief human resources officer and Aaron Wimberly to chief health, safety and environmental officer. Chief communications officer Clayton McGratty was also promoted to chief administrative officer.
“It is an important time to be investing responsibly in natural gas and energy more broadly, and welcoming Lola, Aaron and Clayton in their new roles will enhance and increase the scale of our business as a forward-thinking investor and operator,” said Gordon Huddleston, president and partner at Aethon.
Oyewole was previously vice president and human resources and global chief diversity & inclusion officer at Ocwen Financial Corp. with 20 years of experience in talent management.
Wimberly also has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry—ranging from pipeline operations, management and business. Prior to joining Aethon, he served as vice president and department head of the EHS Resources Group at EnLink Midstream.
McGratty has been with Aethon since August 2021 as chief communications officer.
“As we continue to grow our platform and expand our leading footprint in the Haynesville Shale, we will benefit from the perspective, vision and results-oriented approach of our enhanced executive team,” said Huddleston.
Headquartered in Dallas, Aethon Energy is a private investment firm that acquires, develops and operates North American assets.
