Range Resources Corp.’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock for the second quarter, the company announced in a May 31 press release.
A dividend of $0.08 per common share will be payable on June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 16’s close of business.
Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Range Resources is a natural gas and natural gas liquids producer with operations in the Appalachian Basin.
