Targa Resources’ board of directors declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend on Jan. 18 for $0.50 per common share, or $2 per common share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable on Feb. 15 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 31.
For the first quarter of 2024, Targa also plans to recommend an increase of $0.75 per common share to its board, annualized at $3 per common share. If approved, the increased common dividend would be effective in the first quarter and payable in May 2024.
