SandRidge Exploration & Production LLC is under way at an extended-reach horizontal Niobrara venture in the North Park. The #4-16H21 Janet 0780 is in Section 16-7n-80w of Jackson County, Colo.. The well has a planned depth of 18,321 ft and will be drilled to the south and bottom in Section 21-7n-80w. The Oklahoma City-based company has three other horizontal Niobrara tests on the same drillpad – #1-16H21 Janet, #2-16H21 Janet and #3-16H21 Janet 0780. They are set up to be horizontally drilled southward to depths between 17,846 and 18,236 ft (7,500 ft true vertical) with bottom-hole locations in Section 21-7n-80w.
