Description
A Dalhart Basin completion was announced by Amarillo, Texas-based DDD Energy Inc. The #1 Finch 6 is in Section 6, Block 1-TO, T&NO Survey, A-1148 in Hartley County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. It was tested in two untreated intervals of Canyon Granite Wash at 6,035-38 ft and 6,041-47 ft. It pumped 88 bbl of 36-degree-gravity oil with 22 bbl of water per day. The well was drilled to 7,174 ft and has been assigned to the isolated Cottonwood Draw Field, an inactive one-well pool discovered by Laredo Energy in January 2012.
