Priced a public offering of 6.15 million shares of its Class A common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $37.5 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed previously with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In connection with the offering, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 922,500 shares of Class A Common Stock.
