Description

From a common Denver-Julesberg Basin drillpad in Weld County, Colo., Noble Energy Inc. completed three horizontal Niobrara wells in Section 24-9n-59w. The #720-LC24 Winchester-Federal is producing 675 bbl of 52-degree-gravity oil, 298 Mcf of gas and 719 bbl of water per day. Production is from a horizontal Niobrara lateral that was drilled to the south to 10,708 ft, 5,934 ft true vertical. It was tested on a 20/64-in. choke following 29-stage fracturing between 6,050 and 10,576 ft. The #715-LC24 Winchester-Federal initially flowed 529 bbl of 52-degree-gravity oil, 274 Mcf of gas and 602 bbl of water per day. Production is from a horizontal Niobrara interval at 6,013-10,464 ft. The 10,600-ft well was drilled to the south and the true vertical depth is 5,894 ft. It was tested on an 18/64-in. choke after 29-stage fracturing. The #725-LC24 Winchester-Federal flowed 362 bbl of 52-degree-gravity oil, 232 Mcf of gas and 232 bbl of water per day. It was drilled to 10,670 ft and the true vertical depth is 5,902 ft. Production is from a horizontal Niobrara lateral that was drilled to the south and was tested on an 18/64-in. choke following 29-stage fracturing between 6,046 and 10,160 ft.
