Koch Exploration Co. LLC retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain non-operated Wattenberg assets in Weld County, Colo. The assets target the Niobrara and Codell formations and include production and upside drilling opportunities.

The data room opens Aug. 14. Bids are due by Sept. 10. The sale will have an effective date of Sept. 1. No confidentiality agreement required.
