Description

Finley Resources Inc. reported completion information on a Uinta Basin discovery in Uintah County, Utah. The #31E-1A-7-20 Fin-Federal was drilled to 7,295 ft and is in partial Section 31 of irregular township 7s-20e. It initially pumped 118 bbl of oil and 178 bbl of water per day from Green River between 5,476 and 7,198 ft and Wasatch at 7,212-13 ft. It was tested after a 6-stage fracturing between 5,476 and 7,213 ft. Between March 2017 and March 2018, the well produced 19.834 Mbbl of oil, 24 MMcf of gas and 25.094 Mbbl of water. In March 2018, it averaged of about 28 bbl of oil, 35.774 Mcf of gas and 20 bbl of water per day. Finley’s headquarters are in Fort Worth.
