NEW DELHI, India—John Paisie, executive vice president of Stratas Advisors, talks about the outlook for U.S. crude exports. Paisie and other Stratas analysts recently spoke in New Delhi, India, at a seminar held in conjunction with the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry.
