Description

A Uintah Basin-Wasatch producer was completed by EP Energy Co. in Duchesne County, Utah. The #1-25C4 Retzke is in Section 25-3s-4w and initially flowed 779 bbl of 44-degree-gravity oil, 518 Mcf of gas and 520 bbl of water per day. It was tested in eight acidized and fractured Wasatch intervals between 8,743 and 11,028 ft. Gauged on an 18/64-in. choke, the tubing pressure was 1,975 psi. It was directionally drilled about 900 ft to the southwest to 11,167 ft with a bottomhole location in Section 25. True vertical depth is 11,105 ft. EP Energy is based in Houston.
