Description
Two horizontal Lower Cotton Valley gas wells were completed by Houston-based WildHorse Resources LLC in Lincoln Parish, La. Located in Choudrant Field, the horizontally drilled #1 Harrison 7 18 H was tested flowing 7.808 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 11,480-17,421 ft. During testing on a 26/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 4,283 psi. It was drilled to 21,010 ft and is in Section 7-18n-2w. The horizontal leg bottomed 2 miles to the south in Section 18 at a true vertical depth of 11,136 ft. Running parallel and east of #1 Harrison 7 18 H, #2 Harrison 7 18 H was drilled from an offsetting surface location to 19,477 ft, 11,151 ft true vertical. It is producing 10.461 MMcf of gas from perforations at 11,610-19,272 ft. It was tested on a 26/64-in. choke and the flowing casing pressure was 6,046 psi.
